Subprocessors

This list names subprocessors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR that SoluForge uses for operating Craftifact.

2. Change Mechanism

2.1 SoluForge may add or replace subprocessors if required for operations, security, scaling or legal requirements.

2.2 SoluForge informs customers at least 14 days before a change becomes effective via email to the admin address on file; questions can be sent to support@craftifact.com.

2.3 Customers may object for good cause. In this case, the parties will seek an appropriate solution. If no solution is possible, the contractual provisions apply.
