Self-hosted is not the default product. Early Access, annual only, with a supported deployment reference and a clearly limited support scope.

Prerequisites

Why so strict?
- Self-hosted without a reference deployment does not scale for either side
- Clear boundaries protect both sides from best-effort escalation
- Keeps the SaaS product reliable and easy to operate
