Step 1

Start demo subscription in the shop

Open app.soluforge.de/shop?plan=demo and go through the simulated purchase flow for the demo subscription.

Step 2

Provide basic details

Enter the required basic data. Details on purposes and retention are in the shop privacy policy.

Step 3

Create account in the central IdP

When you save your data, you are redirected to iam.soluforge.de to create your account.

Step 4

Return to the shop and request the demo

After returning, you see a purchase summary. There is no payment; you finish by submitting the demo request.

Step 5

Manual review and approval

We review requests manually and approve them as quickly as possible. After approval, you can start within 7 days; once started, the demo runs for 8 hours.

Step 6

Active demo subscription in the shop

After approval, an active demo subscription appears in My subscriptions. From there, you create your instance just like in the normal flow.

Step 7

Complete provisioning workflow

You go through the full provisioning flow, including instance configuration and deployment.

Step 8

Separate admin login per demo instance

You create an initial admin account in a dedicated IdP realm created for you. This admin login is separate from the shop/request account (isolated realms).

Step 9

Completion and cleanup

You can delete the instance yourself; otherwise, cleanup happens automatically. Details on retention and deletion are in the shop privacy policy.
