Business customers only (B2B)

Scope

SoluForge / Craftifact offers are intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). No contracts are concluded with consumers. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of their commercial or self‑employed professional activity and not as a consumer. This confirmation is required in the shop: Go to the shop.

Who qualifies as a business customer?

Business customers include in particular:

  • entrepreneurs, freelancers, and commercial traders
  • legal entities under public law
  • special funds under public law
  • public institutions and organizations

Consumers are natural persons who conclude a contract for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self‑employed. No sales to consumers take place.

For customers based in Germany, additionally:

  • business customers correspond to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB
  • consumers correspond to Section 13 BGB

This clarification serves only for legal classification and does not limit the international applicability of the offer.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in euros plus applicable statutory VAT or comparable foreign taxes. The specific tax treatment depends on the customer’s location and the applicable tax regulations.

Conclusion of contract

Contracts are concluded exclusively in a B2B context. During the ordering process, SoluForge may request suitable proof of business status (e.g., company details, business email address, VAT ID).

  • the privacy policy

In case of conflicts, the contractual provisions take precedence.
