FAQ
Short answers to the most common questions. For security, integration, or procurement: contact us.
Getting started
The read-only demo is a public demo environment for viewing and exploring the UI. It is not meant for production use.
The sandbox is a temporary, isolated environment for trying things out. It is automatically deleted after a short time; we do not state a fixed duration here.
Only if needed—for example, when open questions remain or multiple stakeholders need alignment. Send a short note via the contact form.
Pricing
Volume refers to storage for the artifacts themselves (the binary data). Additional metadata is not included. Operational data such as logs, metrics, and backups is also not counted toward volume.
If Pro’s volume is sufficient and you don’t need Teams’ planned high-availability setup, start with Pro. If your needs grow later, you can upgrade to Teams.
Teams is the highest regular self-serve plan you can buy directly. Enterprise is a contact option for individual requirements (e.g., procurement, compliance, specific operating constraints). Comprehensive logging plus larger VM/storage sizing is communicated as planned add-ons.
Yes. With monthly billing you can cancel in writing effective at the end of the current billing month. With annual billing (10% discount), the subscription runs until the end of the prepaid period. Self-hosted is annual by default; term and renewal follow the offer/order form.
Prices are typically shown net; statutory VAT may apply depending on billing country and tax status. If you have a VAT ID, include it in your request so we can handle billing correctly.
Security
We usually start via email: you send your questions or questionnaire, and we respond based on our documents and technical information. Common items include the subprocessor list, support/SLA (if agreed), and our security overview.
EU/GDPR is baseline for us: EU hosting/processing and solid contractual documents are the foundation. The main value is a SaaS artifact repository with clear workflows—while keeping security and compliance questions answerable and well-documented.
You can find the relevant documents under “Legal”, typically: Terms, subprocessor list, Acceptable Use Policy, support policy, and an SLA (if included in your plan/contract). We also provide Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the website.
Self-hosted
Self-hosted is currently early access and not the default onboarding path. If you have strong reasons (e.g., special environment requirements), contact us via the contact form and we’ll confirm whether it fits your use case and what level of support is available.
Legal
All contract and legal documents are linked on the “Legal” page (Terms, AUP, subprocessor list, support/SLA, plus privacy/cookies). That keeps everything in one place without having to hunt through navigation.
